overseasproperties4u.comwas set up by a group of people with a wealth of business experience. The directors of the company have extensive experience of investing in overseas properties, which they have used to create a business dedicated to providing an unbeatable level of service.

 

Kieron Hunt: A chartered accountant by profession, Kieron started his career with the international accountancy firm Price Waterhouse. He then spent eighteen years with the Coats Viyella Group, rising through the ranks to become chairman of its contract clothing division, an operation with 2,000 staff and sales of £128 million. In 1995, he led a management buy-out of part of the business to create Vermilion plc and then went on to set up a consultancy business, Tigon Management Associates.

 

Tigon Management Associates: TMA has been used as a vehicle for investment in commercial and buy to let properties in the UK. The last 2 years have seen investment in the overseas property market and the creation of overseasproperties4u.com.

 

Beverley Nightingale: Beverley began her career working as a personal secretary for the Ministry of Defence in London. After a spell as a medical secretary, she joined Rank Hotels as a personnel officer and then worked as PA to senior directors at Bass Leisure and Rothmans. In 1989, Beverley joined Coats Viyella, rising through the organisation to become Personnel Director of its contract clothing division. She was part of the management team led by Kieron Hunt that set up Vermillion plc, where she was Customer Services Director. She is a partner in Tigon Management Associates.

 

Nigel Clarke: A graduate of printing technology and management, Nigel joined Whitehead & Wood, a specialist marketing and print company in 1976 and subsequently led a management buy-out in 1988. As Managing Director, the company grew to be a major supplier of design and packaging products to many of the high street retailers resulting in the setting up of a sourcing supply operation in China. With the introduction of Tigon Management Associates as partners in 2000 the company now provides a wide range of marketing services and Nigel is Director responsible for all creative development and product presentation.

 

Mike Boyle: Mike has developed his career in a manufacturing environment, taking responsibility for the development and production of technology led composite material components. Working as Technical Manager and Operations Manager in a mix of manufacturing companies, Mike has developed his role in information technology and website management.

 

Simon Woodcock: Simon began his career as a print and packaging technologist working for retailers Marks & Spencer and Crabtree & Evelyn for 12 years before joining Sarah Lee as R&D Manager. Since 1999 Simon has been responsible for the sales, marketing and business development of a number of North West based manufacturing companies.

 

Overseas Associates: Whilst we are all based in the UK, we have associates overseas who, in conjunction with the legal and financial professionals working closely with us, complete the comprehensive service we offer.
